Pork Bar B Q Recipe
- 5 pound Boston butt pork roast
- 1 lg. onion, whole
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (18 ounce.) bottle hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. juice from meat
- 1/4 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
- Cook roast, onion, salt and pepper in crock pot or possibly pressure pan till very tender.
- When meat is tender, remove from pot; take out bone and onion.
- Shred meat with fork.
- Return to crock pot and add in remaining ingredients.
- Cook about 4 hrs on lowest temperature of crock pot.
