Citrus & Spice Nuts
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup sugar
- zest of 1 each orange and lemon
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Back to Nature 37% Cashew Nut Mix - Cashews, Almonds and Pistachios
- Heat oven to 300F.
- Beat egg white and sugar in medium bowl with fork until foamy.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except nuts.
- Add nuts; toss to evenly coat.
- Spread onto bottom of 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until dried and lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
- Cool completely.
