Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Place all ingredients except basil in blender or food processor container; cover.
  2. Blend until pureed.
  3. Pour into medium saucepan; stir in basil.
  4. Cook on low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
