Pumpkin-Almond Bars
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-3/4 cups flour, divided
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line 13X9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
- Add 1-1/2 cups flour and 1/4 cup nuts; mix well.
- Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Beat cream cheese and brown sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add remaining flour, pumpkin, milk, egg and pumpkin pie spice; mix well.
- Pour over crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until center is set.
- Cool completely.
- Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
