Cooked with a Pressure Cooker: Fresh Potatoes with Sweet Miso

  1. Thoroughly rinse the potatoes in water and drain in a sieve.
  2. Coat the pressure cooker with oil, add the potatoes, and saute.
  3. Once they are coated in oil, add in the ingredients.
  4. Miso is difficult to dissolve, so make sure to dissolve it properly.
  5. Add a drop lid in the pot, cover with a lid and bring to medium heat.
  6. After the pressure cooker pin has risen and has pressurized, reduce to low heat, and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Turn off the heat.
  8. Once the pressure has dropped, remove the lid, and boil it down over high heat to thicken.
  9. It's done .
  10. Arrange on a plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
