Summer Sweets: Peach-Blackberry Crumble

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Butter a large 9 x 13-inch ceramic baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together the peaches, blackberries, flour, granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, lemon zest and juice.
  4. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
