Grilled Tomatoes with Blue Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 6 large roma tomatoes, halved lenghtways
- 150g blue cheese, crumbled
- 100g mixed salad leaves
- Combine the dressing, garlic and basil in a large bowl, add tomatoes and toss to coat.
- Heat a non-stick grill pan over medium heat.
- Lift tomatoes from dressing, reserving dressing, and cook both sides in grill pan for 2 minutes each side until lightly browned.
- Arrange tomatoes, cut side up, in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning then bake at 200C for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Toss salad leaves with reserved dressing and divide between four serving plates.
- Top with tomatoes and serve immediately.
