Grilled Tomatoes with Blue Cheese

  1. Combine the dressing, garlic and basil in a large bowl, add tomatoes and toss to coat.
  2. Heat a non-stick grill pan over medium heat.
  3. Lift tomatoes from dressing, reserving dressing, and cook both sides in grill pan for 2 minutes each side until lightly browned.
  4. Arrange tomatoes, cut side up, in a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning then bake at 200C for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Toss salad leaves with reserved dressing and divide between four serving plates.
  7. Top with tomatoes and serve immediately.
