Buttermilk Polenta Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine dry and fluid ingredients separately and mix well, then put it all together in a bowl and mix until fully blended.
  3. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. This recipe will fit into an 8x8" dish.
  5. Bake 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
