Curried Chicken Wings
- 12 chicken wings
- 1 small jar briyani curry paste
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp ground coriander seed
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp ground white pepper
- Toss chicken with just enough oil to cover.
- Season with dried spices.
- Marinate up to 48 hours.
- Whisk the curry paste and vinegar together.
- Bake at 400 on the top shelf of the oven for 20 minutes on each side.
- Drop to 375 and continue cooking for approximately 15-20 minutes or until wings are crispy and thermometer reaches 165 or above.
- Briefly crisp the wings under the broiler on each side if necessary.
- Toss with curry in a large mixing bowl immediately.
- The sauce adheres better when the wings are sizzling.
- Especially fried wings.
