Szechuan Meatballs
- 200 grams minced beef
- 100 grams minced pork
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp finely ground Szechuan pepper.
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 finely ground dried chillies
- 2 tsp dark soy
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp water
- Mix, marinate for 30 minutes, form into teaspoon-sized balls and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Serve with Chilli Jam.
