Kale Hummus

  1. Drain and rinse the beans.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  3. Process until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.
  4. Add more olive oil or water to reach the desired consistency.
  5. Taste test a lot!
  6. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready.
