Kale Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans
- 1 cup Torn Kale Leaves
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Tahini
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Drain and rinse the beans.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Process until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.
- Add more olive oil or water to reach the desired consistency.
- Taste test a lot!
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready.
