Boned Leg Of Lamb On Grill Recipe
- 5-6 pound boned and butterflied leg of lamb
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 teaspoon dry parsley
- Mix lowfat sour cream and rest of ingredients.
- Rub mix on both sides of lamb.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Cover loosely.
- Chill 4 hrs.
- Bring to room temperature 1 hour before cooking.
- Grill about 4 inches from white warm coals, 20 min on each side.
- Let stand 10 min before carving.
- Serves 8.
