Boned Leg Of Lamb On Grill Recipe

  1. Mix lowfat sour cream and rest of ingredients.
  2. Rub mix on both sides of lamb.
  3. Place on cookie sheet.
  4. Cover loosely.
  5. Chill 4 hrs.
  6. Bring to room temperature 1 hour before cooking.
  7. Grill about 4 inches from white warm coals, 20 min on each side.
  8. Let stand 10 min before carving.
  9. Serves 8.
