Carrot Cake Smoothie
- 4 (4 ounce) jarsstrained baby carrots
- 14 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 12 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 2 ice cubes
- 4 long carrot sticks (garnish) (optional)
- Combine all but the carrot sticks (for garnish) in blender, and blend on high until mixture is frothy and ice cubes are finely ground.
- (30sec-1min).
- Pour into 4 glasses and garnish w/ one carrot stick each for stirring.
- Serve immediately.
