Crispy Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven for 350 degrees F. Wash and dry kale.
  2. Place in a large bowl.
  3. Toss kale and olive oil together until the kale is evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle in the celery salt and pepper, and continue to toss.
  5. Transfer kale onto 2 baking sheets, making sure pieces arent overlapping.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until kale has crispy and brown edges but green centers.
  7. When in doubt, test one.
  8. You should get a nice crunch and think OMG.
  9. Kale chips.
  10. Who knew!
