Country tarts with Carmelized Onions & Goat cheese
- 30 each pastry tarts
- 6 large yellow Onions
- 1 packages chevere Goat cheese
- Bake off the tarts till golden brown
- Meanwhile cook off the onions for about 35 to 50 min after slicing them thin ,salt them so they sweat.
- Stir once in awhile but the may take longer than 50 minutes.
- Set up tarts in a row the put a spoonful of the onions on top then a chunk of goat cheese on top of that.
- Add edible flowers to the tray for efffect.
