Country tarts with Carmelized Onions & Goat cheese

  1. Bake off the tarts till golden brown
  2. Meanwhile cook off the onions for about 35 to 50 min after slicing them thin ,salt them so they sweat.
  3. Stir once in awhile but the may take longer than 50 minutes.
  4. Set up tarts in a row the put a spoonful of the onions on top then a chunk of goat cheese on top of that.
  5. Add edible flowers to the tray for efffect.
