Pomme en Croute

• 1 orange wedge
• Sugar
• 1 long strip of orange zest, for garnish
• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounce Calvados
• 1/2 ounce orange curacao
• 1/2 ounce Gran Classico amaro or Campari
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

1. Moisten half of a rocks glass rim with the wedge; coat with sugar.
2. Add the zest.
3. Fill a shaker with ice.
4. Add the remaining ingredients; shake well.
5. Strain into the glass.
