Doll Platform Cake (2 & 3 Tier) for Girl's Day

• 1 cake Sponge Cake (18cm)
• 400 ml Heavy cream
• 1 pack Strawberries
• 1 very small amount Red food coloring
• 1 1/2 tsp Matcha

1. Slice the sponge cake into 3 pieces.
2. Cut one slice in half.
3. Thoroughly whip the heavy cream.
4. Coat the round slices of the sponge cake with heavy cream, and sandwich in sliced strawberries.
5. Stick the half-circle cake slices together in the same manner, and stack together as shown in the photo.
6. Coat the cake with heavy cream.
7. Add food coloring dissolved in a small amount of water along with a bit of matcha worked into hot water into the remaining heavy cream separately.
8. Place step 3 into a pastry bag, and decorate as you like.
9. This is a 3-tiered version.
10. Slice into 2 slices, cut the top slice at the 1/3 diameter mark, and stack it together.
