Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  1. On low-medium heat, add White american cheese cubes, water and artichokes.
  2. Slowly melt the cheese stirring frequently.
  3. When melted completely add spinach, stirring frequently.
  4. Finally, stir in the diced tomatoes.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
  6. Reheats well, might need to add a little more water.
