Sweet Apricot Chicken & Sugar Snap Peas

  1. Saute garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds in oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add jam, soy sauce, mustard, apricots, and broth.
  3. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes to reduce sauce.
  4. Stir in chicken and peas.
  5. Cook an additional 3 minutes to heat through.
  6. Serve over linguine noodles.
