Vanilla Vinaigrette

• 34 cup olive oil
• 13 cup white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 tablespoon tarragon leaf
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 12 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. mix well.
