Warm Spiced Plums with Honey Cream

  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in medium glass bowl to blend.
  2. Let stand, uncovered, in warm place until thick, at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add plums and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves and forms glaze and plums are tender, about 8 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon over plums.
  7. Spoon into bowls.
  8. Pour honey cream over.
