Daddy's Burger
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 teaspoons weber canadian steak seasoning (ground)
- 14 cup monterey-jack cheese (Grated)
- 14 onion, diced
- 2 fresh jalapenos, diced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tony cacherey's creole seasoning
- In a small skillet on medium heat add Olive oil and diced jalapenos.
- Saute jalapenos unit they are tender (2-3 minutes or so).
- Place ground beef in a mixing bowl along with the onion (use less if you like), cooked jalapenos, Weber's Canadian Steak Seasoning and grated cheese.
- Mix Well
- Form 3 hamburger patties by hand
- Season each side of the meat with creole seasoning
- Heat Grill and cook to desired doneness.
