Louisiana Shrimp

  1. combine all ingredients except shrimp in a saucepan.mix well.
  2. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Place shrimp in a 13x9" casserole dish.
  4. pour mixture over shrimp.
  5. Bake at 400* for 10 minutes.
  6. remove and discard bay leaves.
