Pickled Red Beets And Eggs Recipe

  1. Boil 1 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp.
  2. salt for 5 min.
  3. Add in this to the red beets, add in sliced onions.
  4. Peel you Large eggs and drop into the red beets.
  5. Put in refrigerator.
  6. Best if left overnight.
