Delicious Porcupine Meatballs

  1. Mix hamburger, rice, onion, green pepper, seasoning salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into about 20 cocktail size meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in casserole dish.
  4. In same bowl you made meatballs in, add 1 or 2 cans of tomato soup (depending on how much sauce you want) and 1/2 to 1 can of water (1/2 can water per 1 can soup).
  5. Add seasoning salt and pepper.
  6. Pour soup over meatballs.
  7. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
