Spanish Peanut Toast
- 30g unsalted butter, softened
- 2 thick (4cm) slices white bread
- 1 tablespoon KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butteror KRAFT* Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 pear, sliced
- Spread butter evenly over both sides of the bread.
- Fry over medium heat on either side until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and keep warm.
- Add pears to the pan and fry until golden brown.
- Spread warm bread thickly with peanut butter and top with slices of pear.
- Serve warm.
