Almond Honey Bunny Biscuits Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. LAND O LAKES(r) Butter
- 3/4 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. honey Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cut in butter till mix is crumbly.
- In another bowl, combine lowfat milk, almonds and honey.
- Add in to flour mix, stirring just till moistened.
- Knead dough briefly, 8 to 10 times, then shape into a ball.
- Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 3/4 inch thick.
- Using a biscuit cutter, cut into bunny shapes.
- Place about 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake till golden brown, 10 to 12 min.
