Meat Sauce for Lazy Daddies
- 500 grams Ground meat
- 2 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 3 strips half bacon Bacon
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 Soup stock cube
- 300 grams Spaghetti
- 1 can Canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 Garlic (tube OK)
- 1 Powdered cheese, parsley
- 1 Your choice of herbs (bay leaf, parsley leaf, etc)
- Boil the spaghetti and set aside.
- Also set aside 4 tablespoons of the pasta water.
- Mince the onion, carrot, and bacon.
- Coat a pan with olive oil and heat the onions over medium-high heat.
- Add the carrots and garlic and cook until the onions brown.
- Add the meat and bacon and continue cooking.
- When the meat has browned, add the tomato, soup stock, bay leaf, and pasta and boil.
- Once the liquid evaporates, season with salt and pepper.
- Plate and top with parsley and powdered cheese to complete.
- Make bell pepper rice and cover it with this meat sauce, and you'll get your kids to eat their peppers!
