kale chips
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 1/3 cup salt
- 1 1/3 cup olive oil
- preheat oven to 450
- take stem/veins from leafs
- pat dry leafs
- drizzle olive oil over leafs
- lightly toss to coat
- spread kale evenly on baking sheet
- sprinkle with salt to taste
- bake for 30-60 min or until desired crispness.
