kale chips

  1. preheat oven to 450
  2. take stem/veins from leafs
  3. pat dry leafs
  4. drizzle olive oil over leafs
  5. lightly toss to coat
  6. spread kale evenly on baking sheet
  7. sprinkle with salt to taste
  8. bake for 30-60 min or until desired crispness.
