Cupcake Menorah

  1. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, milk and eggs in large bowl about 2 minutes or until well blended.
  2. Stir in chips.
  3. Spoon batter evenly into paper or foil-lined muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  5. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
  6. Cool completely on wire racks.
  7. Spread tops of cupcakes with frosting.
  8. Insert blue candles into tops of 9 of the cupcakes.
  9. Arrange in the shape of a menorah, elevating the center cupcake for the shammus of the menorah.
