Pineapple Rhubarb Pie Recipe

  1. Combine rhubarb, pineapple and orange peel.
  2. Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon; mix with fruits.
  3. Pour into a 9" pastry lined pie plate.
  4. Dot with butter and top with lattice crust.
  5. Bake in a warm oven, 425 degrees, for 35 min or possibly till rhubarb is tender.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
