Port Wine Cranberry Mold Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple well (save the syrup).
  2. Combine gelatin with sugar.
  3. Stir in reserved syrup and port wine.
  4. Heat till gelatin dissolves.
  5. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
  6. Mix in pineapple, cranberry sauce, apple, nuts, orange peel and cardamon.
  7. Refrigeratetill set.
  8. Unmold on serving plate.
  9. Serves 6.
