Ceviche de Pescado
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Carrots
- 12 Limes
- 1 Mango
- 1 Orange
- Handful Cilantro
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 1/2 kg Tilapia
- Dice tomatoes, onion and mango.
- Shred carrot.
- Chop cilantro.
- Squeeze limes and orange.
- In a pan boil water with salt and garlic.
- Place the fish in pan until they appear white in color.
- Chop tilapia into bite size chunks.
- Put tilapia in the lime and orange juice.
- Season with pepper, salt, and garlic.
- You can add a pinch of oregano and a bit of jalapeno juice to add flavor.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Mix everything together.
- Add salt to taste.
