Turkish Lamb Chops Recipe
- 4-6 single or possibly double rib or possibly loin lamb chops
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoon powdered garlic or possibly 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon each dry basil & thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh grnd pepper
- Mix garlic, herbs and pepper in extra virgin olive oil.
- Spread extra virgin olive oil mix on both sides of chops.
- Allow chops to reach near room temperature.
- About 1 hour out of refrigerator.
