Turkish Lamb Chops Recipe

  1. Mix garlic, herbs and pepper in extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Spread extra virgin olive oil mix on both sides of chops.
  3. Allow chops to reach near room temperature.
  4. About 1 hour out of refrigerator.
