Chinese Oven Fried Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Spray a nonstick jelly roll pan with cooking spray for no fat frying.
  2. Beat egg, soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic pwdr together in a pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle bread crumbs on a sheet of wax paper.
  4. Dip the chops into the egg mix, then press into bread crumbs, coating proportionately on both sides.
  5. Arrange in a single layer on pan.
  6. Bake in a moderate (350 degree) oven for 30 min.
  7. Turn and bake 20 min longer, or possibly till chops are tender and show no pink.
  8. Don't overcook.
  9. Makes 4 servings at 267 calories each.
