Hot Mocha Truffle

• 12 cup hot cocoa mix
• 12 cup water
• 1 cup half-and-half or 1 cup milk
• 14 cup chocolate syrup
• 1 tablespoon espresso powder or 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Place Nesquick mix in a saucepan, and slowly add water while whisking to form a paste.
2. Slowly add in half and half, stirring until combined.
3. Add in remaining ingredients.
4. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
5. Serve immediately.
