Caesar Dill Cold Slaw
- 1/2 heads Cabbage
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Anchovy Paste
- 1/4 cups Chopped Dill
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Lemon, Juiced
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- Grate the cabbage with a box grater and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the mayo, anchovy paste, dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper.
- Mix well and add cabbage.
- Toss until mixed together.
- Set in the fridge for one hour so the flavors can marry.
