Caesar Dill Cold Slaw

  1. Grate the cabbage with a box grater and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add the mayo, anchovy paste, dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well and add cabbage.
  4. Toss until mixed together.
  5. Set in the fridge for one hour so the flavors can marry.
