Beef Or Chicken Marinade Recipe

• 2 tbsp. salad oil
• 1/3 c. soy sauce
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 tbsp. white wine
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger
• 2 cloves garlic

1. Mix ingredients.
2. Add in meat and marinate 1 hour to 2 days.
3. Grill as usual on the grill.
4. Boned chicken breasts are best if grilled 6 to 8 min on each side.
