Mama's Fried Catfish
- 1 lb catfish fillet
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Mix the flour, seasoned salt, pepper, and cornmeal.
- Cover both sides of the catfish with the mix.
- Fry in about a tablespoon of oil in frying pan until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
