Craze Layered Salad
- arugula, lettuce*
- 14 lb radish, quartered
- 1 cucumber, sliced thin
- 1 cup fresh strawberry, halved*
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 carrots, shredded
- chives
- 14 cup olive oil
- 18 cup balsamic vinegar
- tarragon, 2 twig leaves crushed in fingers
- 14 teaspoon garlic
- In glass bowl layer ingredients as listed.
- Save 2 strawberry halves for topping garnish floret.
- Snip chives into 1 inch pieces and sprinkle over top of salad.
- Dressing.
- In carafe or mixing bowl blend ingredients and shake or mix well.
- Pour over salad and serve with a crusty loaf of bread to dip with.
- or use as a side for soup or sandwich.
- This is also good with some shredded chicken breasts for a meal.
- For vegans use chick peas to add protien.
