Craze Layered Salad

  1. In glass bowl layer ingredients as listed.
  2. Save 2 strawberry halves for topping garnish floret.
  3. Snip chives into 1 inch pieces and sprinkle over top of salad.
  4. Dressing.
  5. In carafe or mixing bowl blend ingredients and shake or mix well.
  6. Pour over salad and serve with a crusty loaf of bread to dip with.
  7. or use as a side for soup or sandwich.
  8. This is also good with some shredded chicken breasts for a meal.
  9. For vegans use chick peas to add protien.
