easy manchurian...
- 1/2 kg
- 1/2 kg flour
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 5 small green chillies
- 1 water
- 1 red chilly powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste
- 3 tbsp vinegar and soya sauce both
- 2 cup grated cucumber
- mix flour, cucumber, chillies, red chilly powder and salt in a bowl
- no wated should be added, as cucumber leaves a lit of water
- check if the mixture is thick enough to make them into small balls
- take a deep pan, put the oil in it.
- it should be poured enough so that the balls can be fried
- put the balls into the pan and fry till light golden brown
- take.another pan and add oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, chopped onions, vinegar nd soya sauce in it... pour water.
- boil for 5 mins then add 2 glass of water
- take a cup nd add cold water inbit.
- then add two tablespoons of flour.
- mix it and then add into the gravy prepared...
- boil the mixture till the gravy is thick enough.. manchurian is ready
