easy manchurian...

  1. mix flour, cucumber, chillies, red chilly powder and salt in a bowl
  2. no wated should be added, as cucumber leaves a lit of water
  3. check if the mixture is thick enough to make them into small balls
  4. take a deep pan, put the oil in it.
  5. it should be poured enough so that the balls can be fried
  6. put the balls into the pan and fry till light golden brown
  7. take.another pan and add oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, chopped onions, vinegar nd soya sauce in it... pour water.
  8. boil for 5 mins then add 2 glass of water
  9. take a cup nd add cold water inbit.
  10. then add two tablespoons of flour.
  11. mix it and then add into the gravy prepared...
  12. boil the mixture till the gravy is thick enough.. manchurian is ready
