Strawberry Basil Sorbet

• 30 frozen strawberries
• 14 cup fresh basil
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 12 cup rice milk (optional) or 12 cup water (optional) or 12 cup fruit juice (optional)

1. Put all ingredients in a blender or cuisinart and blend until smooth.
2. Add more liquid if it is having trouble blending or is too dry.
