Macadamia White Chocolate Cookies Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and both sugars; add in egg and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
  3. Gradually add in flour, baking pwdr, and salt; mix well.
  4. Add in corn syrup, nuts, and chocolate.
  5. Drop by the tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets, about 4 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 9 to 12 min or possibly till golden; cold on rack and store in airtight container.
  7. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
