Asian Chicken
- 6 pieces Boneless Chicken Breast Halves, Sliced Into Strips
- 5 stalks Green Onions, Minced
- 1/2 whole Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 2 whole Small Carrots, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 18 cups Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic, Pressed
- Mix together in a zipper topped plastic bag the sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Add chicken and marinate for 8 hours (or overnight).
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Saute chicken; add remaining ingredients and continue cooking till veggies are tender and chicken is done.
- Serve with rice.
