Asian Chicken

  1. Mix together in a zipper topped plastic bag the sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  2. Add chicken and marinate for 8 hours (or overnight).
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Saute chicken; add remaining ingredients and continue cooking till veggies are tender and chicken is done.
  5. Serve with rice.
