Sprats Stuffed Olives

  1. Take 7 sprats, put them in a small bowl and mash thoroughly.
  2. Add the butter, lemon juice and pepper and mix well.
  3. Stuff the olives with the sprats mixture with the help of a culinary syringe.
  4. Put the stuffed olives on a large plate.
  5. Add the rest of the sprats and decorate with parsley leaves and lemon slices.
