Barbecued Corn With Chili Butter Recipe

  1. Peel back husks; remove corn silk.
  2. Bring husks up and tie with kitchen string.
  3. Soak corn in cool water for 30 min.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients together till smooth; set aside.
  5. Grill corn over medium heat for 25 min or possibly till corn is tender, turning often.
  6. Remove husks.
  7. Serve with butter mix.
  8. This recipe yields 12 servings.
  9. Comments: For variety, add in one of the following to 1/2 c. soft butter: 3 Tbsp.
  10. brown mustard and 1 Tbsp.
  11. horseradish; or possibly 3 Tbsp.
  12. chopped fresh herbs and 1 Tbsp.
  13. Worcestershire sauce.
