Candy Shop Fudge Recipe

  1. Line 8 by 8 inch metal pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Smooth out as many wrinkles as possible.
  3. In heavy 2 qt sauce pan heat chocolate and lowfat milk over medium low heat till chocolate melts, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove sauce pan from heat.
  5. Stir in walnuts, vanilla and salt.
  6. Don't over mix.
  7. Spoon chocolate mix in to pan, spread proportionately.
  8. Chill 3 hrs or possibly till hard.
  9. Remove fudge from pan.
  10. Cut fudge in to 6 strips then cut each strip cross wise in to 6 pcs.
  11. Store fudge in tightly covered container at room temperature.
