Hash Brown Casserole
- 2 (1 lb) packages frozen hash brown potatoes, unthawed
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 12 cups sour cream
- 3 cups packed grated sharp cheddar cheese (approx. 12 oz)
- 1 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- paprika
- Preheat the oven to 350F Saute the green onions in butter for several minutes.
- Combine the all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the paprika.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the dish with paprika then bake until top is slightly golden, 65 - 75 minutes.
