Bacon Parsley Pinwheels Recipe
- 2 c. Fresh snipped parsley
- 1 lb Bacon, fried crisp & liquid removed
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 x Butter, softened
- 1 x (27-slice) loaf sandwich bread crusts trimmed off
- Combine parsley, finely crumbled bacon (I use a blender), mayonnaise & Worcestershire.
- Mix garlic pwdr & buttrer & spread on each slice of bread that has been lightly flattened with a rolling pin.
- Spread 1 tsp.
- parsley mix over the butter.
- Roll slices & wrap in foil & freeze.
- To serve, unwrap & slice 4 to a roll.
- They thaw immediately.
- Makes 9 dozenappetizers.
