Bacon Parsley Pinwheels Recipe

• 2 c. Fresh snipped parsley
• 1 lb Bacon, fried crisp & liquid removed
• 1 c. Mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
• 1 x Butter, softened
• 1 x (27-slice) loaf sandwich bread crusts trimmed off

1. Combine parsley, finely crumbled bacon (I use a blender), mayonnaise & Worcestershire.
2. Mix garlic pwdr & buttrer & spread on each slice of bread that has been lightly flattened with a rolling pin.
3. Spread 1 tsp.
4. parsley mix over the butter.
5. Roll slices & wrap in foil & freeze.
6. To serve, unwrap & slice 4 to a roll.
7. They thaw immediately.
8. Makes 9 dozenappetizers.
