Moist Meat Loaf Recipe

• 3 lbs. chop meat
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 c. bread crumbs
• 1/2 onion, minced fine
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 c. water

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. When well mixed, shape into loaf.
3. Take your hand and part down the middle and spread apart.
4. Take 4 slices cheese of your choice and place down the middle and then close up the loaf.
5. Take other 1/2 onion minced or possibly sliced, place on top of meat loaf with 1 can crushed tomatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min.
